Yes — our minimum order is $200.00 AUD. Once your cart reaches $200 you can proceed to checkout, and shipping is free Australia-wide.

Place your order and choose a payment method at checkout. Then contact our team via live chat (or email) to receive your payment details — your PayID, BSB and account number, or crypto wallet address. Your order is held for 24 hours while you complete payment.

If you haven’t paid yet, just contact us and we’ll update or cancel it — nothing ships until payment is confirmed. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be changed.

Shipping is FREE Australia-wide on every order (all orders meet our $200 minimum). Express options may be offered at checkout for a small surcharge.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation, and same-day when payment clears before 2:00pm AEST on a business day. Metro delivery is typically 2–4 business days; regional and WA/NT/TAS 3–7 business days.

Yes. Once your order ships you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it to your door.

Puff count is a rough guide to how long a device lasts. Lower counts (1800–3500) suit lighter or occasional use; higher counts (8000–20000+) last longer and offer better value per puff. You can filter the range on any category page or search by puff count.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used vaping products can’t be returned. Faulty or dead-on-arrival items are covered — contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
